I can't believe it's been a month since I've add to this. I was going to last week but our internet has been down.
Well, bless his heart. Pres. Hinckley's leaf has left the tree. What a great man. He set Gaylon apart for his mission.
It's been a busy and good month. Great District and Zone Conf. Elder Oaks, area Pres'cy was here. It's fun to hear how the whole of Central Europe is doing which includes Poland. He was there last. Fun to shake the same hand Cami just shook.
We are great. The work in coming along. One young man that was baptized and never received the Priesthood is coming out to our activities and Pres. Hansen has committed him to come to church and receive the Priesthood.
A change in the weather definitely helps to get people coming out more. We are hopeful for a very active Spring. We have been out to the rehab complex and was given the royal tour. What good young men. They were the participants in the Live Nativity and invited us to visit them. They are there two years. After a year they can contact their families. They have animals, raise a garden and sustain themselves. The Catholic Church is the foundation and a nun checks on them. They are young men from all over Europe. Age ranging from 16 to 35.
The church is true and there is a great need for it to be spread throughout these counties. We love the Lord and are so thankful to be serving Him.
Cami got her release date of Aug. 15. Hard to believe she is hearing about this already.
Love to all and thanks for keeping in touch.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
First of all we had a white Christmas. So fun.
Christmas Eve we went to a live nativity. It was great. When it was over the elegant Wise Men come over to Gaylon and wanted their picture taken with him. Being tall and that black hat he stands out in a crowd. After we went to Kristian's and helped trim their tree. How fun to be invited over and share the evening with her son and mother. The sisters were with us.
Christmas morning was quiet, however, Steve checked on us early and then set up skype so we could watch the kids open their Christmas. Oh my gosh, that was great. It was fun to watch Char uncover her Nativity set.
We cooked most of the morning and had a brunch for the Missionaries. Then we all talked to our families. Cami sounded great and had some fun stories. A friend of Hanks from Lodi found her. What a thrill. It was fun to talk to most of our kids.
We then had dinner here for the Missionaries.
The 26th we were invited to a couple homes to visit then the missionaries came and helped us eat some of the left overs.
Now we're having a white New Years. Unlike Cami being able to be with her district we all had to be in by 5. Gaylon and I watched a movie and then at 12:00 this place lit up. No fireworks illegal. We had fireworks coming from every side.
Today we'll have dinner for the missionaries.
We hope this will be a great year for everyone. Our prayer is that the country of Croatia will embrace the Gospel of Jesus Christ and have hearts softened.
Watch out....we'll be home this year. Love to everyone
