Our trip to Pula and Plitvicka May 19, 2008

May 19, 2008 we took a week and went to Pula and the National Park Plitvicka, the park of 16 lakes.
The Howlett's are going home this weekend and showed us a royal time. There is not a branch in Pula as yet...so they have explored this whole area with the help of a member. We went to places tourist never see. It was so great. Pula is known for it's Colosseum.
The Colosseum or Amphitheater was built for the carrying out of gladiator games, fights between wild beasts. It is the most preserved colosseum that exists.

We got to the Park of the Lakes about 10am and hiked until 3pm. It was lots of work but so beautiful. You'd see water falls then climb to the lake. Then another water fall and climb to that lake. Our Father in Heaven and Christ have surely created a be beautiful world. Can't even imagine what the Garden of Eden looked like.
For some reason the blog is not allowing pictures so they are to come.
Love to you all.
